    I am writing this letter to express how pleased I am with the veil that you made for me. You have demonstrated excellent customer service through email and have made a beautiful, perfect veil. I was initially concerned about trying to have a veil made by someone I have never met. I was not sure that a stranger could figure out what I wanted and I was worried that if I did not like it, I would have no recourse. A brick and mortar store at least has a manager to complain to. The price was so good, however, that I decided to give it a try. You helped me to decide on a style and sent photographs to clarify. You also did not require payment until after I had received the veil and given it a try. I could not be more pleased with this transaction. I will also recommend you to my engaged friends and brides on the message boards I read. Thanks again for the perfect veil. I will send you photos after the big day!
